This information will be provided to insurance carriers in order to generate a report. We will maintain a copy of this information in our office so we can provide you with policy holder service.  Each employee of TruePoint Insurance Group, LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy.  The employees have been instructed on maintaining and protecting the privacy of our clients and guest, and are required to sign and acknowledge a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement.

 

When you purchase insurance from TruePoint Insurance Group, LLC, you pay the premiums with either a credit card or a personal check. If you use your credit card to pay the premium, your card information is deleted from our records once our purchase has been authorized or the transaction has otherwise been completed or terminated.  We do not retain credit card information. Should you pay the premium using a personal check, we will maintain a copy of your check in your file.

We only disclose information about our applicants, customers, and former customers as permitted or required by law in conjunction with our normal insurance operations.
